Process
★ Why should you be there?
We believe that it is time to take Asia to the next level. We call it the 2.0 version. How can you incorporate a culture of innovation into your company? How is personal happiness affecting the level of staff productivity, your bottom line and the GDP? What can business learn from Buddhism? How will future cities and living spaces look like and how will they be powered? What is the next wave of consumer trends in Asia? What comes after the quest for luxury and status? What makes an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) the new MBA (Master of Business Administration)?
★ What are you going to do?
Develop new business opportunities based on emerging trends from ten influential industries: from technology and fashion, to education and investment. Discover the next wave of innovation and learn which key trends investors and top executives consider crucial for future success. Find out what the new generation of entrepreneurs is working on and take active part in creating projects together.
1. Share — Nobody is as Smart as Everybody
Every speaker is a participant and every participant is a potential speaker. All participants are invited to present their projects. In other words, true innovation is a team sport, a collaborative effort. This is cross-pollination. It is a system built on embracing ideas and innovation from different places.
2. Apply — Looking for fish? Don't climb a tree
As a participant, you will have the opportunity to ask speakers questions and identify potential collaborations and deals across the network. You will learn about how other industries and disciplines innovate and how these ideas could be applied to your own line of work.
3. Create — Talk doesn't cook rice
Talk is good, but action is better. The success of the Qi network is reflected in the number of new collaborations, business deals and real projects that have been initiated.
★ Who will be attending?
The meeting is particularly beneficial for CEOs, investors and heads of design, innovation and product development. You will meet innovators such as Nobel Peace Prize Laureate President Jose Ramos-Horta and global brands such as BMW, Diageo and Novozymes. You will enjoy stimulating peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and networking with the some of the best minds from Tokyo, Shanghai, Delhi, Jakarta, Bangkok and Singapore as well as London, L.A., New York, Dubai, Hamburg and Copenhagen.
